Dieting is easy; it's easy to understand, the concept is simple. The basic concept is to eat less calories than you burn. There are nuances that further enhance the outcome, such as eating enough protein, eating 4 to 5 meals a day, reducing your carbohydrates and reducing your sugar. Despite all the nuances, fad diets, juicing and keto the basic premise is the same. Where this gets hard is whatever diet method you choose it requires willpower. Constant positive decisions that align with your goal of losing weight. It's important to reinforce good habits to put yourself in the best position to be successful. Construct a plan, don't wing it. Set short term goals, medium term goals and long term goals. All of this is good advice but the main point is whatever method you choose, you have to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight. It can suck, you'll have to embrace the suck rather than trying to avoid the difficulty of maintaining self control and falling prey to fad or guru diets.
